I provide a warm and supportive space for people facing a wide range of challenges. I offer short and long term therapy, face-to-face, online, and via telephone.

 

I work with individual adults 18+, at all stages of life, and can help you with a range of emotional challenges, from mild to complicated. 

 

Whatever you are facing, counselling and psychotherapy can help you make sense of your experience and move forward in a way that feels right to you. I’m here to work alongside you, at your own pace.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us stuck, lost, or unsure of how to move forward. You might find yourself in a cycle of unwanted thoughts, difficult emotions, or unresolved fears. Perhaps you’re struggling with your relationships, feeling unworthy, or searching for a sense of meaning and purpose.​I offer a safe, supportive space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface. With the guidance of a qualified counsellor, you’ll have the opportunity to untangle what feels overwhelming, understand your emotions, and reconnect with your authentic self. By building greater awareness, you can begin to make choices that feel right for you and move toward a life that feels more easeful and aligned.

Grief can feel like a heavy and unpredictable journey, taking you through waves of sadness, confusion, anger, or even numbness. Whether you’re mourning the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a part of yourself, or a way of life, navigating that loss can feel isolating and overwhelming. I can support you in your grieving process, offering a compassionate space to honour your loss, process emotions, and find a way forward.

How I can Help

Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. I welcome people from all walks of life, whatever challenges they’re struggling with—whether it’s anxiety, depression, panic attacks, ADD, low self-esteem, social anxiety, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, overwhelm, or relationship struggles such as affairs, separation, or maintaining meaningful connections. I also support those exploring questions around identity, purpose, or spirituality.

My aim is to offer a space where you can explore what’s weighing on you, make sense of your experiences, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and easeful.
